UK-specific questions and answers

Assessments for UK users

We offer structured, informational assessments for estate and family administration in the UK. These include probate readiness and executor risk, Power of Attorney setup support, inheritance dispute early intervention, and no-fault divorce readiness (England & Wales). Each assessment has its own plan page with full details and tier options.

Why are there different report levels?

They provide different depth: Standard (overview and category breakdown), Enhanced (detailed explanations and uncertainty indicators), Premium (interaction insights and prioritisation, descriptive).

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. All payments are processed securely.

Is this legal advice?

No. The reports provide information and process guidance based on your answers. They are not legal advice or tax advice.

Who is this for?

People who want a structured view of readiness, uncertainty, and common friction points in estate administration, legal document setup, no-fault divorce readiness (England & Wales), or potential dispute signals.

How accurate is the score?

The score is based on predefined criteria and the answers provided. It highlights common risk signals and uncertainty. It does not assess legal validity or predict outcomes.

Do you review my documents?

No. The system is fully automated and does not perform document review.

What if I answer "Not sure"?

That is allowed. The report will highlight uncertainty, because unclear information is often where delays and stress occur.

Do you store my personal information?

We minimise data collection. We do not store assessment answers in logs. Diagnostic logs are structured and redacted. See our Data & Privacy page for details.

Can I download the report?

Yes. A PDF is generated and available to download after completion.

Is the free report accurate?

The free report is accurate for the questions answered. It does not assess all areas that commonly affect outcomes, which is reflected in the score and uncertainty indicators.

Why is the free score sometimes lower than expected?

When fewer areas are assessed, uncertainty is higher. The score reflects this limited visibility rather than assuming missing information is positive.

Does the free report replace a paid report?

No. Free reports are designed to demonstrate the process and highlight early signals, not to provide a complete assessment.

How long does it take to complete an assessment?

Most assessments take between 5-15 minutes, depending on the complexity of your situation and how many questions you answer.

Can I retake the assessment?

Yes. You can start a new assessment at any time. Each assessment is independent and generates its own report.

What happens after I complete the assessment?

You will receive your report immediately. For paid reports, you can download the PDF. You can also request email delivery if you provide an email address.

How do I access my report?

Your report is available immediately after completion on the results page. You can download the PDF or request it via email.

Can I share my report?

Yes. The PDF report can be downloaded and shared as needed. Reports are generated for your use and can be shared with advisors or family members.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through a secure, PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details.

Can I get a refund?

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from receiving your report, please contact us. We aim to resolve issues promptly.

How do I contact support?

You can report issues or ask questions through our Report a Problem page or Contact page.

What browsers are supported?

The platform works on modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. JavaScript must be enabled.

Can I use this on mobile devices?

Yes. The platform is fully responsive and works on smartphones and tablets.

How often are reports updated?

Reports are generated in real-time based on your answers. If you retake an assessment, you will receive a new report reflecting your updated responses.

Are my answers saved?

Your answers are used to generate your report and are stored securely for report delivery. We do not use your answers for any other purpose. See our Data & Privacy page for details.
